THE SPACE
Our East Beach home has plenty of room for your family of up to 10, to stretch out and enjoy. 8 is standard occupancy. The home has separate seating areas for folks to get together or spread out - amongst the family room, sitting room, and dining room. The home is immaculately clean. The kitchen and its Viking appliances are fully equipped for gourmet cooking or serving simple carry-out meals. All bedrooms have TVs with premium cable. We're 1000 feet from the 9th street beach access point of St Simons' East Beach. And the back yard is its own oasis, with a large pool that can optionally be heated during the cooler months.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen, 2 Twins with Twin Trundles)
* There are two master suites. The first is on the main floor and features a QUEEN bed and en-suite bath with a tub/shower and a step-out to the courtyard/pool area. The master suite also has laundry attached.

* Palma's Room is upstairs and features a King bed and flat screen TV. It has its own bathroom attached.

* The Gray Room, upstairs, has a queen bed, flat screen TV and shares a hall bathroom with the other guest bedrooms.

* The kids room features two twin beds, both with Twin Trundles

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
