Introducing Keep Palm and Carry On! Welcome to our brand new 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath beach home with private pool on St Simons Island's East Beach. Built in late 2020, this home offers the balance of comfort, style, and amenities you're looking for in your stay on St. Simons Island. Our rocking chair front porches offer a quiet spot for morning coffee, and our large swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off after a day on East Beach. East Beach's 6th Street beach access is about 500 feet away, the Coast Guard access is just 6 blocks away with plenty of parking.
THE SPACE
The 5 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom layout is:
- Primary suite upstairs with access to the upper balcony, king bed, ensuite bath, soaking tub, separate shower, private water/toilet closet, enormous walk-in closet, Samsung Smart TV 55" and Sonos sound bar.
- Guest bedroom (1) on main level, queen bed and ensuite bath with shower, Samsung Smart TV 43".
- Powder room on main level in hall.
- Guest bedroom (2) upstairs overlooking the pool, cathedral ceiling, queen bed.
- Two full bathrooms (in addition to the primary suite) upstairs with combo tub/shower.
- Guest bedroom (3) upstairs access to the upper balcony, queen bed, Samsung Smart TV 32".
- Guest bedroom (4) upstairs bunk room, 2 twin built-in bunk beds (sleeps 4) plus pit style sofa can sleep 2-4, Samsung Smart TV 75" with Sonos ARC sound bar, and Air Hockey game.

Pool heater and chiller
Outdoor shower by pool with hot and cold water
Weber gas grill serviced by natural gas
Guests will have access to the garage. There is enough parking for up to 4-cars. No street parking or parking on the grass. Owner has provided 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart. We cannot warranty condition of beach items.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
