THE SPACE
We have a pool that can be heated in the cooler months or cooled in the summer, for a fee. You won't find anything closer to the beach with this quality of living, style, and amenities on St Simons Island's best beach location, EAST BEACH, for near this price.

This beautiful 3 Bed 2 Bath East Beach cottage, Breeze-On-Inn, is just one lot off the best beach on St Simons Island. The Breeze-on-Inn has undergone a complete renovation in 2016 and additional upgrades in 2020. and is now ready for you. This truly luxurious beach cottage is your private paradise. You enter through the lovely front screen porch with comfortable wicker seating. You have a completely fenced rear garden with a pool that can be heated or cooled, for a fee. The rear yard also features a dining area and a fun TIKI bar.

* A large dining and living room with exposed beams, exceptional lighting, and granite countertops in the kitchen;

* The living room has a large sectional sofa and two modern comfortable armchairs, and a large flat-panel TV;

* Heated/Cooled pool, TIKI bar, dining table, plenty of seating, and a hot/cold shower complete the rear yard. Heating/Cooling of the pool is an optional feature

* The primary bedroom - king bed with a memory foam mattress, a walk-in closet, a large en-suite bathroom, and your own private sunroom with direct access to the outside pool area. Relax and enjoy the Ocean breezes and drink your coffee or cocktails in your private sunroom. The en-suite bathroom includes double bowl sinks, modern lighting, and a shower tub;

* The second bedroom, cheerfully decorated, has a Queen with a memory foam mattress and it's own private access to the pool area;

* The bunk room sleeps up to 4 with a unique bunk bed arrangement. The bunk bed has a queen-sized lower with a twin upper and a twin trundle. The possibilities of this arrangement are endless for all manner of groups;

* The dining area has seating for 8. Also, there are three seats at the granite breakfast bar;

* Cook your meals in this fabulous open kitchen which is fully equipped.

The Breeze-On-Inn has Wi-Fi though out and flat-screen TV's in the living room, and all bedrooms.

This fully renovated sunny cottage has all the bells and whistles and you won't want to leave it! Swanky by the sea! The complete interior renovations include updates to the kitchen, new baths, and flooring, new paint, classy modern lighting and fans, comfortable top quality furnishings, air conditioning, a laundry room, etc.

There is a second guest cottage on property - it is behind the house, not connected, with its own entrance. Its parking is adjacent to parking for this home.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
