Welcome to Ciao Bella. This beautiful home with refreshing saltwater pool located just steps from the beach at one of the best parts of East Beach.

It Is beautiful here. It only takes three minutes to walk from the salt water pool gate past the palm trees and live oaks to the sand dunes. The only you have to do is follow the footprints and beach cart tracks to the ocean.

THE SPACE
At 10th Street, the beach is uncrowded, restful and about as wide as a football field at low tide. Shrimp boats and large ocean going ships pass by soundlessly on the horizon. People are sunning, walking, jogging, fishing, sailing, flying kites. And always, the sound of the surf heard at the beach and the house. This is the perfect place for families with children.

If you love nature this is the place. Bring binoculars. Bird watching from the beach, and from Gould's Inlet north to Sea Island. Thousands of gulls, sand pipers, and pelicans. Plenty of songbirds, too. And plenty of history on the island and along the coast.

There are three spacious outside areas for lounging and enjoying family and friends. The salt water pool is hard to beat, surrounded by teak chairs and tables and umbrellas. It is sunny all day. The second level deck faces west and is shaded by a canopy of live oak trees, a great place for lunch just off the kitchen with its indoor dining room for eight.There is little traffic here, tucked away on the extreme east end of 10th street at the fourth house from the dunes.

The open floor plan on the second floor, which opens onto a large deck, makes this a great place for entertaining, moving easily from indoors to outdoors. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. And five full bathrooms are bonus at the beach.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $100/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
