Bedrooms
The first floor showcases three guest bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.
The main level King Suite: King bed with Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has his-and-her vanities and walk-in a shower.
The main level Queen Suite: Queen bed and Smart TV. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The bunk room: Two sets of triple bunk beds for the kids, two Big Joe bean bags chairs for lounging or gaming, Smart TV, and an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. What memories the children will make!

The first level also houses a second den with a sleeper sofa and large HD Smart TV. This is a perfect place for the kids to play games or just relax with a movie after a long day at the beach.
The open living floor plan on the second floor allows guests to enjoy the living space, dining area with seating for 11, and gourmet kitchen with chef's quality Wolf gas range. The living room is a great space to sit back and watch a movie or the game on the large HD Smart TV. The front and back decks are both easily accessible on this level. Turn on the whole house in-ceiling Sonos speakers and enjoy your favorite tunes while you relax!
More about the Primary King Suite: The primary bedroom suite is located on the third floor and is a wonderful escape. This private retreat offers a king bed, a sitting area with a large HD Smart TV and a desk with printer. The primary bathroom features a large soaking tub, his-and-hers vanities, private water closet and a wonderful walk-in shower offering guests a true luxury experience. Your private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or escape from it all with a good book. The primary suite also has direct access to the roof top deck with wonderful late afternoon and evening breezes.

Details of the Heated Community Pool
The Coast Cottages pools can be heated in the cooler/winter months upon request. The fee to heat the pools is $50/day starting 24 hours before the requested heated dates through the end of the last day of requested dates. The Coast Cottages community does heat the pools (at no extra charge to guests) during the week of Thanksgiving, week of Christmas through New Years Day, the last week of March and first week of April. A 48 Hour Notice to Management is required to heat the pools.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
