Celebrate July 4th at the beach! This event features a lively parade through the village, followed by a vibrant fireworks display over the pier. The celebrations also feature various family-friendly activities such as live music, food vendors, and games, creating a festive atmosphere throughout the day.
THE SPACE
Although there are multi levels, all floors can be accessed by the elevator. The main living level is on the 2nd floor.

Suite features an adjoining bath with separate vanities, jetted tub, shower and water closet.
Down the hall:
2 twin single bedroom, TV, adjoining bathroom with combo tub/shower.
King bedroom, TV, adjoining bathroom with shower.
Lower Level Poolside:
Family game room, TV, shuffleboard table, card table, coffee bar, sink and mini fridge.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $100/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
