It is time to wind down and take in the beautiful sunsets over the magnificent marshes. We have several relaxing spaces in our home, from the two screened in porches, large family room, dining room and the upper-level bedrooms. Golden Marsh sleeps 11 guests and is located just around the corner from the best beach entrance.
THE SPACE
Upstairs to the front door entry, you enter into the family room with smart TV, and balcony to take in the vast marsh views. Into the dining room at right of the entry there is access to a screened in sitting area. From the hall or dining area you can enter the kitchen, which has been supplied for making meals at home.

Bedroom 2 - Living level, Bunk Room with single on top and full on the bottom (sleeps 3) shares hall bath.

Bedroom 3 – Third level, King (sleeps 2), ensuite bathroom
Bathroom 3 – King Suite ensuite bathroom with combination tub/shower
Bedroom 4 – Third level, 2 Queens (sleeps 4) adjoins a hall bathroom
Bathroom 4 – Hall and shares with Queen room, combination tub/shower
Parking for 4 cars in the driveway.
Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
