THE SPACE
Enjoy the ocean breezes on the private balcony located off the family room and master bedroom. There is a private beach access for North Breakers Guests, where the beach is always available regardless of the tide.

Our home consists of a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, hall bathroom with combination tub/shower, master with a king size bed, with shower only and access to the covered patio/balcony, a sleeper sofa in the family room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 6 guests.

North Breakers is a gated community with a private boardwalk to the beach, ocean front pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. There is covered parking in the garage below with plenty of guest parking.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Reviews

North Breakers Unit 202 was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is in a gated communiity and feels very safe. There was a generous supply of paper productus, kitchen utensils, hangers, and towels. It was very clean and the host responds very quickly to whatever you need. There is an ice maker but no water filter, so bring extra water. The beds were so comfortable. The condo was a long walk to the beach, if you are not physically fit. My daughter was sick at the time, and she said if was difficult to get to the beach. The easiest way to the beach is through the pool area. There is an elevator to help get luggage to the upper stories. You may rent an umbrella and lounge chairs on the beach for $45 a day. We really enjoyed several restaurants in the area : Gnats Landing, The Roof Top at Ocean Lodge, and Tramici. There is a nice shopping area close to the condo. I loved the town and condo and want to return as soon as I can.

We loved the condo! It has a well equipped kitchen with great appliances. Full-size washer and dryer were a pleasant surprise. Very tasteful decor. Definitely would rent again. FYI The depth of the beach is considerably larger than any Florida beaches that we have visited so it was a long walk with an infant and all his gear. Not overcrowded though and wonderful packed sand once you get to the water!
