Redfish Retreat offers the perfect location for the best places on the island, between the beach and the village! Redfish Retreat has been newly renovated Fall 2023! End unit is just steps to the pool, which is open during the warmer months from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Stay here once and you will be back.
THE SPACE
The main living floor includes an updated kitchen, fully stocked with all the necessities. A living space with a large flat screen tv and the sectional couch of your daydreams, perfect for snuggling up after a day at the beach and a convenient half bath.
This is a 3-story townhome. The main living area is on the 2nd floor. From there, you can go up to the top floor where you'll find the primary bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms, or go down interior stairs to a bonus bedroom on the ground level.
- Primary Bedroom - King bed (sleeps 2), TV and en-suite bath attached (double vanity, shower/tub combo, spacious closet)
- Second Bedroom - Queen bed (sleeps 2), TV, access to hall bath on this level
- Third Bedroom - Bunk Room (sleeps 4). This bedroom shares the hall bath.
- Going back down to the ground floor you will find a bonus sleeping room with pullout couch (sleeps 2) and private bathroom; this room stays nice and dark and is perfect for the family member who loves to sleep in!
High speed WiFi and community pool access are included. Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
There is NO garage access for guests.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
