Bathroom 3- upstairs, ensuite with shower,
and exterior door
Bedroom 4 – upstairs, Full bed (sleeps 2), TV
Bathroom 4 – upstairs, accessed from hall and adjoins Bedroom 4 with full bed.

Bedroom 5 – upstairs, Queen (sleeps 2), TV, adjoining sleeping porch with Queen (sleeps 2)
Bathroom 5 – upstairs, ensuite with combination tub/shower
Bedroom 6 – upstairs, Queen (sleeps 2), TV, adjoining sitting room with exterior door. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom.
Bathroom 6 – main level, located off the family room and kitchen. Bathroom has a shower.
Circular driveway parking for up to 4 cars.
Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $300 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
