THE SPACE
We are proud to offer Three Oaks Cottage, the latest addition to our Beach House Family! Three Oaks Beach Cottage is a Three Bedroom/ Two Bathroom beach house just steps from Gould's Inlet, one of St. Simons Island's most popular beaches in the East Beach neighborhood. Just half a block to the entrance of East Beach Gould's Inlet, Gould's Inlet has expansive beaches no matter the tide.

We are excited to offer Three Oaks Cottage for your next St. Simons Island vacation. This is a one level home, with the entrance upstairs off of a large, front deck.

As you enter the pool area, there is a gas grill, outdoor shower with hot and cold, and lots of room to gather.

Upstairs, you enter into a large living room, overlooking the deck, the well equipped kitchen with large island, and dining area with a partial ocean view. There is a large open coastal feeling with coastal decor and a 65" Smart TV. There is a large sectional couch and comfy chairs in the living room.

The Primary bedroom has a king size bed and Smart TV and has an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a large, walk-in shower.

Guest bedroom, 24" TV and has a king bed with closet. Second Guest bedroom has two single beds with a closet.

Guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with combination tub/shower.

Pool is approximately 12 X 30 and has an option to be heated. (see details below)

The owner has supplied 8 beach chairs, beach cart, and boogie boards.


Whether a romantic getaway or a family gathering, Three Oaks Cottage is an excellent choice located at 2215 Bruce Drive. This is not a party house and occupancy maximums will be enforced and events may not be hosted at this location.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
