THE SPACE
Entry is on the second level. On the main living level is the family room with TV, access to screened in front porch with dining area, kitchen is nicely equipped with drip and single serve coffee maker, primary bedroom, laundry and half bathroom.

Guest bedrooms are located upstairs.

Ground level, there is a TV room, which is poolside, and a charcoal grill is provided.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
