THE SPACE
Just steps across the street to the sandy shore at the 5th Street Beach Entrance on Beachview Drive. This lovely townhome is also situated in close proximity to the Village area, where you will have easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants, ensuring that you can make the most of your time on the island.
Note this is a beautiful home with unbeatable beach views and access, but has not been updated. We hope you'll enjoy the home despite a few quirks from being an older, non-updated luxury home.
With the capacity to sleep 12-guests, our home is perfect for large families or groups of friends looking to create lasting memories together. The spacious layout ensures that everyone has their own comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring the island.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
