The main level serves as the living area with a large chef's style kitchen, 6 burner gas stove and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is open to a family room and dining room. There is access to the covered lanai with a gas grill.
The home features 6 bedrooms with ensuite baths.
On the Main Level, there are two bedrooms – Master Bedroom with king bed, and guest bedroom with a queen bed.
The ground features a large living room off the pool. Next to the downstairs den, there is a new bedroom with 2 Twin Single beds. There is a full bath that services both the bedroom and the pool area.
The top floor has 3 Family Suites, with generous sized king bedrooms and ensuite baths in each of the 3 bedrooms.
There are beautiful views of the marsh from the mid and upper levels of the home.
33 X 14 Inground pool. Optional pool heat during the winter months.
There is generous parking for up to 4 cars at the front of the house.
We supply linens and towels and you will find an initial supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. Relax, enjoy and make memories at Salty Seven.
Ring doorbell camera located at Front door. There is also a camera located on the back porch in direction of the stairs.
This home does not host pets.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
